Satisfaction Guaranteed!

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund or product exchange within 60 days of delivery. All items returned must be in their original condition with all tags, labels and packaging in good, unworn, unwashed and unused condition.

We cannot accept returns on any item that has been embroidered with our custom embroidery service. Any item that has received any kind of alterations such as on jeans or shirts cannot be returned or exchanged. Items sold as closeouts cannot be returned or exchanged.

All boots returned must be in their original boxes. Please place the boot box in another shipping box before returning. Do not use the original boot box as a shipping box. Otherwise, a $10 fee will be charged to replace the box.

We will not accept returns or exchanges for worn products unless clearly defective.

Defective Items: We will refund or replace all defective items. If you believe that your product may be defective, please contact customer service at 1-800-303-4308 before returning and we will walk you through the return process.

If returning an item for a refund we will credit only the card on the original purchase. Returns are normally processed within 2 days of receipt. Please allow 1 week afterwards for the credit to appear on your credit card.
